DO YOU GUARANTEE REMOVAL OF ALL STAINS AND SPOTS?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. In some cases there are certain liquids and substances that can permanently discolor the carpet. Some other factors that play a role in this is the age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers that the carpet is made of.

WHAT IS OUR CARPET CLEANING PROCESS

  • We pre-inspect your carpet for areas where there is heavy traffic
  • We pre-treat the carpet then we clean the carpets with our eco friendly cleaning product to take out stains, dirt, dust and grime out of the carpets.
  • We steam clean the carpets with our truck mounted top of the line professional steam cleaner.
  • We then deodorize the carpets to give it that brand new carpet smell.
  • We allow your carpet to dry.

HOW FAST WILL MY CARPETS DRY?

Our goal is to have your carpets as dry as possible. By the time our technicians leave, the carpet will be slightly damp. The dry time can take anywhere between 4-10 hours for the carpets to be completely dry. The dry time is affected by the humidity, the temperature and air flow of the room.
